Here is the recipe for beetroot hummus. It is very easy to make. Great to have as a snack. Enjoy!
1 tin of chickpeas (drained)
4 beetroots (peeled, boiled until soft)
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
90 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon of ground cumin
63 ml tahini
Add all ingredients into a blender. I use my nutribullet. But you can use a hand blender also.
If it is too thick i add either a little water or almond milk until it is at the consistence that you like.
